Basic Information
- Work Location: REMOTE / ONLINE / HANOI
- Working Hours: Morning 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM; Afternoon 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)
- Base Salary: 8 – 10 million VND + allowances + commission. Income of 12 – 20 million VND
- High commission structure with a clear, transparent, and progressive mechanism for career advancement

Job Description
- Receive 100% hot data from the company, targeting working individuals, students, and parents who are interested in the product
- Consult and close sales for English courses that meet customers’ needs. The courses are specially designed for the Indian market
- Upsell additional company products and services
- Address customer inquiries (if any)
- Propose and establish customer service-related processes and regulations
- Support relevant departments
- Report directly to the leader
Job Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in telesales, customer care, or online sales
- Fluent in spoken Hindi
- Preference for Vietnamese individuals living in India or Indian individuals proficient in Vietnamese
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Able to handle work pressure
- Empathetic and understanding
- Responsible, self-disciplined, and not afraid of rejection
- Positive, energetic, adaptable to the working environment
- Attentive, meticulous, and honest
